Mich. Comp. Laws § 29.411: Definitions.

Sec. 1.

As used in this act:

"Health facility or agency" means that term as defined in article 17 of the public health code, Act No. 368 of the Public Acts of 1978, being sections 333.20101 to 333.22181 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.

"Institution of higher education" means a college or university described in section 4, 5, or 6 of article VIII of the state constitution of 1963 or a junior college or community college established pursuant to section 7 of article VIII of the state constitution of 1963.
