Sec. 12.

A grower shall file a claim with the director within 90 days after any of the following events:

The default of the wholesale potato dealer if the default occurred during the license period.

The suspension or revocation of the license of the wholesale potato dealer.

The ceasing of business of the wholesale potato dealer.

The director shall not determine or allow payment of a claim filed outside the time periods described in subsection (1).
