Mich. Comp. Laws § 317.252: Violation of act; misdemeanor; arrest without warrant.

Sec. 2.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Any officer authorized to make arrest, including the state conservation officers, may arrest without warrant any person apprehended by them in the act of violating any of the provisions of this act.
