Mich. Comp. Laws § 322.353: Descriptions of lands sold; delivery by county treasurer to township supervisors.

Sec. 53.

The several county treasurers receiving such descriptions shall, on or before the first Monday of April, deliver to the supervisor of each township in which any of such lands are situated, a description of such lands therein, with the names of the purchasers of the same.
