Mich. Comp. Laws § 322.372: Certificates of purchase; seal as evidence of execution.

Sec. 72.

The seal of the land office affixed to any certificate of purchase, receipt or other instrument issued by the commissioner of the land office, according to the provisions of this chapter, shall be prima facie evidence of the due execution of such certificate.
