Mich. Comp. Laws § 322.455: Sale of residue of lands; public auction; minimum price.

Sec. 5.

All lands embraced within the provisions of this act and not disposed of at the expiration of 7 months from the date this act shall take effect, shall be offered for sale at public auction by the commissioner of the state land office at the minimum price of 1 dollar and 25 cents per acre.
