Mich. Comp. Laws § 324.14725: Violation as misdemeanor; penalty.

Sec. 14725.

A person who violates this subpart is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $2,500.00 or more than $25,000.00. Each day that a violation of this subpart continues shall be considered a separate violation.
