Mich. Comp. Laws § 324.21314a: Classification of sites; corrective action; schedule.

Sec. 21314a.

Sites shall be classified consistent with the process outlined in RBCA. If the department determines that no imminent risk to the public health, safety, or welfare or the environment exists at a site, the department may allow corrective action at these sites to be conducted on a schedule approved by the department.
