Mich. Comp. Laws § 324.30924: Gifts and grants-in-aid; acceptance by lake board; contract or agreement.

Sec. 30924.

The lake board may receive and accept gifts or grants-in-aid for the purpose of implementing this part.

The lake board may contract or make agreement with the federal government or any agency of the federal government whereby the federal government will pay the whole or any part of the costs of a project or will perform all or any part of the work connected with the project. The contract or agreement may include any specific terms required by act of congress or federal regulation as a condition for the participation of the federal government.
