Sec. 31529.

This part does not abrogate requirements of parts 31, 91, 301, 303, 305, 307, and 483 or other applicable law.

This part does not relieve an owner of any legal duty, obligation, or liability incident to the ownership or operation of a dam or impoundment.

This part does not deprive an owner of any legal remedy to which he or she may be entitled under the laws of this state.
