Mich. Comp. Laws § 324.35315: Zoning ordinance; prohibited uses in critical dune area.

Sec. 35315.

A zoning ordinance shall not permit either of the following uses in a critical dune area:

The disposal of sewage on-site unless the standards of applicable sanitary codes are met or exceeded.

A use that does not comply with the minimum setback requirements required by rules that are promulgated under part 323.
