Mich. Comp. Laws § 324.41509: Public shooting and hunting ground; inclusion of subsequently acquired swamp or submerged lands.

Sec. 41509.

If the state acquires title to any swamp or submerged lands within the limits described in section 41508, whether by purchase, escheat, forfeiture, tax bid, or tax title, the lands shall be, by operation of this subpart, included in the park described in this subpart and shall not be offered for sale by the state.

This section does not apply to a conveyance made pursuant to a public act or a conveyance ratified pursuant to section 41510.
