Mich. Comp. Laws § 324.44509: Operation of charter boat in violation of terms of certificate of inspection.

Sec. 44509.

A person shall not operate a charter boat in violation of the terms of a certificate of inspection.

Subsection (1) does not apply when the charter boat is being utilized by the owner of the charter boat exclusively for noncommercial purposes.
