Sec. 50116.

A member who has submitted and obtained approval of the member's forest management plan and desires to effect a change in the plan shall set forth the proposed change in writing and obtain the written approval of the supervisory forester of the working forest in which the member's lands are located.

If the supervisory forester does not grant the approval, the member may appeal the denial to the forestry director, if any, or to the board, and the forestry director's and the board's determination shall be final.

Changes in forestry management plans determined by the board shall be set forth in writing and served upon the members and shall take effect 30 days after the service is made.
