Mich. Comp. Laws § 324.52701: Definitions.

Sec. 52701.

As used in this part:

"Forestry commission" means a forestry commission appointed by a municipality pursuant to this part.

"Legislative body" means any board of supervisors, township board, city or village legislative body, or school district board.

"Municipality" means a county, township, city, village, or school district.
