Mich. Comp. Laws § 324.6524: Fleet testing station; inspection by independent third party; prohibited conduct.

Sec. 6524.

A fleet testing station, its records, equipment required by this part and the rules promulgated under this part, and the motor vehicle emission inspection procedures employed by the fleet testing station shall be open to inspection by an independent third party as otherwise required by this part.

A fleet testing station shall not hinder, obstruct, or otherwise prevent an inspection required by this part.
