Mich. Comp. Laws § 324.76501: Definitions.

Sec. 76501.

As used in this part:

"Commission" means the Mackinac Island state park commission created in section 76503.

"Director" means the director of the Mackinac Island state park commission.

"Motor vehicle" means any device that is self-propelled, or partially self-propelled, by which a person or property may be transported or drawn.
