Sec. 80301.

As used in this part:

"Highly restricted personal information" means an individual's photograph or image, social security number, digitized signature, and medical and disability information.

"Personal information" means information that identifies an individual, including an individual's driver identification number, name, address not including zip code, and telephone number.

"Watercraft" means a contrivance used or designed for navigation on water, including a vessel, boat, motor vessel, steam vessel, vessel operated by machinery either permanently or temporarily affixed, scow, tugboat, or any marine equipment that is capable of carrying passengers, except a ferry.
