Sec. 80315b.

An authorized recipient of personal information under section 80315a may resell or redisclose the information for any use permitted under section 80315a.

Any authorized recipient who resells or rediscloses personal information shall be required by the secretary of state to maintain for a period of not less than 5 years records as to the information obtained and the permitted use for which it was obtained, and to make such records available for inspection by the secretary of state, upon request.
