Sec. 82156b.

An authorized recipient of personal information disclosed under section 82156a may resell or redisclose the information for any use permitted under section 82156a.

Any authorized recipient, except a recipient of an individual record or records under subsection (4)(b), who resells or rediscloses personal information shall be required by the secretary of state to maintain for a period of not less than 5 years records as to the information obtained and the permitted use for which it was obtained, and to make such records available for inspection by the secretary of state, upon request.
