Mich. Comp. Laws § 330.1449: Right to copy of clinical certificate.

Sec. 449.

The hospital director shall ensure that an individual who is hospitalized under section 423 or 438 receives a copy of each clinical certificate executed in connection with the individual's hospitalization. Each clinical certificate shall be delivered to the individual within 24 hours of either the clinical certificate's completion or receipt of the clinical certificate by the hospital.
