Mich. Comp. Laws § 331.253: Governing body of school district; appropriation.

Sec. 3.

The governing body of the school district or board of education operating any such publicly owned university may appropriate from its funds such amounts as it may deem advisable for the purpose of assisting in defraying the cost of the constructing and equipping of said hospital.
