Mich. Comp. Laws § 333.12524: Public swimming pools; periodic inspections; right of entry.

Sec. 12524.

The department, its agents or representatives, or representatives of a designated local health department shall make periodic inspections of public swimming pools.

The department, its agents or representatives, or representatives of a designated local health department may enter upon the swimming pool premises and other property of a person at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the swimming pool and carrying out the authority vested in the department under sections 12521 to 12534.
