Mich. Comp. Laws § 333.17030: Clinical academic limited license; requirements; annual renewal; duration of practice.

Sec. 17030.

A clinical academic limited license granted by the board under section 16182(2)(c) for the practice of medicine shall require that the individual practice only for an academic institution and under the supervision of 1 or more physicians fully licensed under this part.

A clinical academic limited license granted by the board under section 16182(2)(c) for the practice of medicine is renewable annually, but an individual shall not engage in the practice of medicine under 1 or more clinical academic limited licenses for more than 5 years.
