Mich. Comp. Laws § 333.17070: Granting renewal; notice of denial; right to hearing.

Sec. 17070.

If the applicant meets the requirements for renewal as set forth in this part or rules promulgated under this part, the task force shall direct the board to grant a renewal.

If an applicant is determined by the task force not to have met the requirements for renewal, the applicant shall be notified in writing of the reasons for denial and shall have the right to a hearing.
