Mich. Comp. Laws § 333.17759: Dispensing harmful drug; requirements.

Sec. 17759.

A harmful drug shall be dispensed only:

As a prescription drug.

Under the control of a licensed pharmacist or prescriber, who maintains records for the dispensing of these drugs which are the same as records required for the dispensing of prescriptions.
