Sec. 20922.

A person shall not use the terms "ambulance" or "ambulance operation" or a similar term to describe or refer to the person unless the person is licensed by the department under section 20920.

A person shall not advertise or disseminate information leading the public to believe that the person provides an ambulance operation unless that person does in fact provide that service and has been licensed by the department to do so.
