Mich. Comp. Laws § 333.21420: Exemption of hospices from license fees and certificate of need fees; period.

Sec. 21420.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this act, all hospices shall be exempt from license fees and certificate of need fees for 3 years after the first hospice is licensed under this article.
