Sec. 21799e.

The penalties prescribed by this part or a rule promulgated under this part are cumulative and not exclusive. Neither the department nor any other party is limited to the remedies in this part.

The remedies provided under section 20155 and sections 21799a to 21799d are independent and cumulative. Except as provided in section 21799(c)(5), the use of 1 remedy by a person shall not be considered a bar to the use of other remedies by that person or to the use of any remedy by another person.
