Mich. Comp. Laws § 333.2209: Public health advisory council; election and terms of chairperson and vice-chairperson; quorum; reimbursement; staff support.

Sec. 2209.

The public health advisory council shall elect a chairperson and vice-chairperson for terms of 2 years and shall determine the number of voting members constituting a quorum for the transaction of business.

Public health advisory council members shall be reimbursed pursuant to section 1216.

The department shall provide staff support to the public health advisory council.
