Mich. Comp. Laws § 333.22257: Certificate of need issued under former part 221.

Sec. 22257.

A certificate of need issued under former part 221 has the same effect as a similar certificate of need issued under this part. The holder of the certificate of need is subject to all of the conditions, stipulations, and agreements pertaining to the certificate of need and to the same authority of the department to limit, suspend, revoke, or reinstate the certificate of need as a holder of a certificate of need issued under this part.
