Mich. Comp. Laws § 333.26304: Production of notice; distribution of copies.

Sec. 4.

The department shall produce the notice required under subsection (1), and have copies of the notice available for distribution to educational institutions and recreational athletic facilities on or before the expiration of 60 days after the effective date of this act.

The department shall provide copies of the notice required under subsection (1) free of charge to educational institutions and the owners of recreational athletic facilities who request copies of the notice.
