Mich. Comp. Laws § 333.26373: Posted information to be current; statement relating to remediation.

Sec. 3.

The department of community health shall keep the information posted under section 2 current and shall include in that information a statement as to whether or not the remediation of each laboratory site has been completed according to standards established by the department of community health.
