Mich. Comp. Laws § 333.26406: Violation; penalty.

Sec. 6.

A person who violates section 3 is subject to a civil fine of $10,000,000.00. A civil fine imposed under this section shall be distributed in the same manner in which penal fines are distributed in this state.
