Mich. Comp. Laws § 333.2641: Fees; disposition of collections.

Sec. 2641.

The department may charge fees for the reasonable cost of:

Reproduction, duplication, amendment, certification, or authentication of data.

Data searches other than those for which a fee is prohibited under section 3 of Public Law 93-579, 5 U.S.C. 552a.

Collections under this section shall be transmitted to the department of treasury and credited to the general fund of this state.
