Sec. 4.

A housing-with-services establishment shall comply with this act and shall comply with applicable state and local codes.

This act does not mandate a housing-with-services establishment to provide any of the following:

A minimum core of services.

A specific number of residents.

Physical plant or establishment specifications so long as the housing-with-services establishment is in compliance with applicable state and local codes.
