Sec. 2715.

An individual who participates in the national health service corps scholarship program under section 338A of title III of the public health service act, 42 U.S.C. 254 l , or who has entered into an agreement that limits the individual's ability to serve in a Michigan health resource shortage area is not eligible to receive funds under section 2705 or 2707.
