Sec. 5521.

As used in sections 5521 to 5539:

"Affected individual" means an individual diagnosed or identified as having Alzheimer's disease or a related disorder.

"Autopsy" means a brain autopsy.

"Family representative" means an affected individual's legal guardian, spouse, adult child, parent, or other family member.
