Mich. Comp. Laws § 333.7422: Compliance with MCL 333.17744b or MCL 333.17744e; prescribing, dispensing, possessing, or administering opioid antagonist; person not in violation of article.

Sec. 7422.

A person that complies with section 17744b or 17744e is not in violation of this article with regard to the prescribing, dispensing, possessing, or administering an opioid antagonist as authorized in either of those sections.
