Mich. Comp. Laws § 333.9112: Pharmaceutical products fund.

Sec. 9112.

The pharmaceutical products fund is created in the state treasury and shall be administered by the department. The fund shall only be expended as provided in this section.

The state treasurer shall credit to the pharmaceutical products fund all revenues received by the department pursuant to section 9111.

The department shall utilize the pharmaceutical products fund to update and improve the facilities used to develop and produce pharmaceutical, biologic, and diagnostic products pursuant to section 9111, or to otherwise improve the biologics products program, pursuant to appropriations.
