Mich. Comp. Laws § 338.2209: Publication and distribution of public act and rules; fee.

Sec. 9.

The department may charge a fee for the publication and distribution of the public act from which a board's authority is derived and the rules promulgated under that act. The fee shall be $2.00 or the cost of the publication, whichever is greater.
