Mich. Comp. Laws § 338.482: Violation of act; penalty.

Sec. 2.

Any individual, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine of not less than 500 dollars and cost of prosecution.
