Mich. Comp. Laws § 338.849: Application of act as to license applications and renewals.

Sec. 29.

The requirements of this act as to license applications shall apply to all professional investigators, except those who already have been granted a license under prior laws of this state. The requirements as to renewal of license certificates shall apply to all professional investigators licensed under this act or any prior law of this state.
