Mich. Comp. Laws § 339.1857: Contract for services; prohibited entities.

Sec. 1857.

A licensee or registrant shall not contract to provide services under this article unless the contract is with any of the following entities:

(a) A health facility.

(b) A county medical examiner.

(c) A funeral establishment.

(d) A medical school.

(e) An organ procurement organization.

(f) An institution of higher education that accepts whole human body donations for the purpose of research and education.
