Sec. 2.

As used in this act:

"Commission" means the Michigan Vietnam veterans memorial monument fund commission established in section 4.

"Monument fund" means the Vietnam veterans memorial monument fund created in section 3.

"Vietnam veteran" means a veteran of the Vietnam era as prescribed in section 1 of 1965 PA 190, MCL 35.61.

"Veterans memorial park" means the veterans memorial park established in section 5a.
