Mich. Comp. Laws § 380.1308d: Adoption and implementation of standardized response terminology.

Sec. 1308d.

(1) Beginning with the 2026-2027 school year, the governing body of a public school or nonpublic school shall adopt and implement the standardized response terminology described in section 1308c.

(2) As used in this section, "governing body" means the board of a school district, an intermediate school board, the board of directors of a public school academy, or the governing body of a nonpublic school.
