Mich. Comp. Laws § 388.1611j: School loan bond redemption fund.

Sec. 11j.

From the state school aid fund money appropriated in section 11, there is allocated an amount not to exceed $23,000,000.00 for 2025-2026 for payments to the school loan bond redemption fund in the department of treasury on behalf of districts and intermediate districts. Notwithstanding section 296 or any other provision of this act, funds allocated under this section are not subject to proration and must be paid in full.
