Mich. Comp. Laws § 388.1771: Repeal of MCL 388.1401 to 388.1572; certain references considered references to former act.

Sec. 171.

Act No. 90 of the Public Acts of 1977, as amended, being sections 388.1401 to 388.1572 of the Compiled Laws of 1970, is repealed.

A reference to a section or subsection of this act applicable to a fiscal year ending before October 1, 1979, shall be considered a reference to the section, subsection, or provision of former Act No. 90 of the Public Acts of 1977 or former Act No. 258 of the Public Acts of 1972, governing the same subject matter, as determined by the department.
