Mich. Comp. Laws § 389.107: Administering, conducting, and canvassing election and special election.

Sec. 107.

An election under this act shall be called, administered, conducted, and canvassed as provided in this act and the Michigan election law.

A special election under this act shall be held on a regular election day established under section 641 of the Michigan election law, MCL 168.641.
