Mich. Comp. Laws § 390.1026: Payment and use of amounts appropriated; authorization of expenditures.

Sec. 6.

The amounts appropriated shall be paid out of the general fund of the state at such times and in such manner as is provided by law.

Expenditures under this act shall be authorized when the release of the appropriation is authorized by the state administrative board.

The amounts appropriated shall be used solely for the respective purposes stated in this act except as otherwise provided by law.
